1. I am taking this time to sincerely ask Allah for forgiveness for my past mistakes.
Somali Meaning: Waxaan fursaddan u faideysanaya inaan si dhab ah Allaah uga baryo dambi dhaaf ku aaddan khaladaadkaygii hore.
Vocabulary:
- “Sincerely“: Si dhab ah (Honestly and with true feeling).
- “Forgiveness“: Dambi dhaaf / Cafis (The act of forgiving or being forgiven).
2. It is better to resolve any conflicts with your friends within three days.
Somali Meaning: Waxaa fiican in la xalliyo khilaaf kasta oo aad saaxiibbadaa kala dhexeyso muddo saddex maalmood gudahood ah.
Vocabulary:
- “Within“: Muddo gudahood ah (Before a certain time passes).
- “Resolve“: Xallin (To find a solution to a problem or argument).
- “Conflicts“: Khilaafaad/Is-maandhaaf.
3. I want to clear my heart of any grudges and start fresh with everyone.
Somali Meaning: Waxaan rabaa inaan qalbigayga ka sifeeyo ciil kasta (cuqdad) oo aan qof kasta bog cusub u furo.
